Return Policy

Please contact us if you have any problems with the product. Problems may include defects, damage, malfunction or wrong products.


Application for replacement must be made within 7 days after delivery. Replacement request 7 days after delivery will be directed to manufacturer.

All packages and accessories must be retained for replacement.


Procedure:

1. Contact us for customer service assistance
2. Follow advice of our customer service

3. Customer may bring back our shop for examination, testing and/or immediate replacement

4. For big appliances, we offer on-site replacement (within HK)
